Folks,

My 335i is warning that I'm now due front pads, the dealers have quoted with discs as well just incase. Needless to say the price is horrendous, just under £500.

I've done discs/pads on most previous cars so I'd easily give it a go on this one, is there a decent source of OEM parts I could get them from?

Also can the brake warning light be reset without the dealer being involved? Or does it reset itself with new wear sensors?

It's doing my nut in, everytime I get into the car it's on the iDrive.
