Doing some research from various other posts I have tried a wide range of values in different combinations & did manage to get the Angel Eyes Bright
With Headlights/Xenons ON! BUT...there was a error as they were on
Permenantly with ignition & so had to code back to default. So seems there is a way to do it but just need to figure out the correct settings.
