Got a little time this morning. Learned that with the scale output screw turned all the way counter clockwise, that a DO14 nozzle will hit between 38 and 40 (small spikes to 42) for meth flow in the procede log.
That explains the overflow codes when I had the Injection Mode at 16 since 40 >= double that value. I found that with a setting of 26 the car did well. After I shut the netbook down, on the way home, I floored it in 3rd from about 2500 rpm and somehow tripped the overflow at the onset, so I must have somehow caused a spike to 50+ on the flow reading.
** Edit, just saw enrita's post saying overflow is auto at 90 (either double injection mode value or 90), so I might keep the DO14 in there, bump injection mode up to 30 and see if I can avoid overflow conditions in all circumstances and still skip the resistors.
