Not sure where you got the idea you can order an E9X with non-runflats, but you can't, unless of course an M3.
And on that note, if you go to the BMW usa site, you can downloadd some manuals, including the 2011_M3_Supplementary_OwnersManual in pdf form. This shows the pressures for that vehicle, although it does have slightly different suspension, etc to yours, so may not be applicable.
