It's my theory, maybe some of the INPA gurus can chime in here, but I'd think that one injector with large correctional values would be concerning. I've yet to scan a car that had sevre injector problems and the adaptation values were all +-4% or so.
Before you do that, go read the injector 4 values off your car and compare. The above assumes that they were entered right in the first place and the DME is compensating for an injector on the fritz.
