911, you may want to buy an orbital to start with; hard to do any damage with one. The rotary will be useful in the future when time is a factor, or you're doing some serious paint correction. Most of the time you'll probably just be applying LSP, as most people (esp here in Nashville) couldn't care less about swirls in their paint.
