It's a private seller, so all I know is that he works in Denver. I don't really want to post up specifics, since the only reason I know them is from his email signature, but he works near Cherry Creek Reservoir, if that helps.
I may talk to him about the inspection. I've done that using a car-inspection-company before and it turned out well, but it's not cheap.
