DCT Shifter is an pre LCi from Motive Mods. It has the DCT shifter base and surround HOWEVER, I had the sport button (not connected to anything) removed and the hole filled then the unit painted with the piano black mirror finish.
Motive mods sell them for about £200 so I reckon £140 delivered should be good.
