That is really a good price. I own a 1991 964 C4 and it has been an incredibly reliable car. I just bought a 2003 996 TT this past weekend with only 20K miles on it. Porsche cars are very different and extremely addicting. Maintenance is only slightly higher than BMW, but reliability and build quality are far superior. Buy it!
