To disable the headlight washer feature, remove the fuse in position 43 on the fuse box. To access the fuse box, open the glove box and then open the cover at the back of the glove box. Curious. Is this fuse box layout the same for my e90 09 328xi? yes I know I could open it up and look for myself. But this is way easier.
