I don't buy it. Also at 27K miles, that is highly unlikely of course. I did a search and saw several people with trims touching 34% with nothing but the aggressive maps. It doesn't seem that odd or rare.
My car runs perfect, but I hit the max fuel trims too at 15psi. To back that up, I hit the max fuel on my previous JB4 as well way early. I still think that some cars are prone to hitting the fuel limit early.
