My car doesnt have rolled fenders and i've ran the following:
18 inch rims/tires without fender motification
Front - 18 x 8.5 , offset 30 , widest tire set up 235/40/18
Rear - 18 x 9.5 , offset 30, widest tire set up 255/35/18
18 inch rims/tires without fender motification
Front - 18 x 8.5 , offset 30 , widest tire set up 235/40/18
Rear - 18 x 9 , offset 35, widest tire set up 275/35/18
19 inch rims/tires without fender motification
Front - 19 x 8.5 , offset 35 , widest tire set up 235/35/19
Rear - 19 x 9.5 , offset 35, widest tire set up 275/30/19
19 inch rims/tires without fender motification
Front - 19 x 8.5 , offset 30 , widest tire set up 235/35/19
Rear - 19 x 9.5 , offset 35, widest tire set up 275/30/19
19 inch rims/tires without fender motification
Front - 19 x 8.5 , offset 35 , widest tire set up 235/35/19
Rear - 19 x 9.5 , offset 35, widest tire set up 275/30/19
19 inch rims/tires without fender motification
Front - 19 x 8.5 , offset 35 , widest tire set up 235/35/19
Rear - 19 x 9.5 , offset 30, widest tire set up 265/30/19 (this setup had slight rubbing on hard cornering)

The above setups are not @ the limits, but they are setups that I have personally ran on my car...suspension setup is KW V3 coilovers
