They took the photos down, their bad, they remedied it immediately. Bad move, but it is fixed. If you're complaining about them copying something you CLAIM to have designed (this is far fetched considering how many similar products there are in this category) still, just give it up please. Not trying to be insulting, but you're causing their business harm now over a couple photos accidentally placed in which they sold no product on. If you invented it, GET A PATENT. You didn't though and it is not patentable. Furthermore, of you feel you have legitimately been robbed/wronged, take them to court. I will tell you right now you won't win though and if you do it will be some small amount based note number of stops they sold with that listing. The fact that you won't win should be telling.
