We're flying from Paris to Rome then Rome to Barcelona. Looks like vueiling.com is a great place to get the plane tickets we need.
But from Barcelona to Madrid, we're planning to do a road trip. I heard there are quite a few breathtaking routes/sceneries along the way. Any chance anyone know which routes these are? What would be the ideal time to travel so we can fully enjoy the scenery?
Also, any recommendations on where to rent, places to stay and visit on both cities?
Thanks!

I suggest Barceloba-Sitgate-Valencia-Madrid-Toledo-Madrid-Segovia-Madrid.
Parking in Madrid was most expensive from all our trip $25EU/night. Most hotel don't have parking - have to use public parking
Nimes -Barcelona-Sitgate
Madrid-Toledo
Check
Rick Steves web site for train ticket info
Good Luck!
