good springs don't settle, the springrate when you install them should not change with time. If springs are installed properly you'll get an alignment right away, as already stated

check your tire wear in a few months and let us know......... you may be lucky and be OK, or your tires may start to wear very unevenly

only way to know for sure is to have an alignment
