Agree with you there....that's exactly what I do and the couple of times I showed up with him being off, I simply rescheduled. I refuse to let anyone else but Rich touch my car. The one time I didn't I regretted and learned my lesson so the only thing keeping me at FFX is Rich. Alexandria is way closer to me.
