Beware though, depending your insurer and the circumstances of how this happened, it will likely fall under your collision coverage and may be deemed as an at fault accident for rating purposes. ( i.e, you ran over something) You will have to pay the deductible amount yourself to BMW, your insurer will pay the rest.
