Make it easy on yourself! Just upgrade the front speakers, put in a shallow 8" under the seats, install a corner loaded 10" in the trunk and power everything properly and you'd have a kicking system that takes up little space. What I have, just for reference:

Everyone that has listened to my system has been blown away! Both with the sound quality and amount of bass from a single 10". Moth thing there's 12"s in the back.
