I bought a ACT BM8-HDSD but need a flywheel to go with it... if I do need one... Is mine toast?

If it is toast, I would like to go lighter but since the disc isn't sprung, a single mass might cause a lot of chatter. ?

UPDATE...

I'm @ 51K miles and the turn is slightly hard to turn the flywheel, so I think it's good. I think it's got a good 75-100K left in it. Hope it's OK! haha. I'll just pay someone to do this next time -__-
