Hwy 17 on the north shore of Lake Superior (sic?) between Wawa and Thunder Bay. you can drive for 2 hours str8 and not even see another car. It can get really hairy going through the mountains, up down, around corners - just a blast to drive. I worry more about Moose on the highway then cops.
