For the sake of clarity, I am only concerned with the dinner - all other details and questions must be directed to the DXB himself as he's the one who's organising
Whilst Fandango is sorting out the basics of the meet, I am now starting the process of organising a place for all of us for dinner. I am assuming that all those staying on Saturday night will be having dinner - I need to know whether there will be "extras", as in wives/girlfriends/husbands/sheep, who will also be coming for dinner.
Also, are the people who are coming for the day on Saturday, but not staying, also coming for dinner? I really need to know, as there's a very large group of us and I'll need to organise a menu from the restaurant
So.... this is what to do:
If your name is on the list as STAYING, and you are on your own, then I will assume it is only YOU who is having dinner, and book a place for ONE. In this case, there is NO NEED FOR YOU TO REPLY.
If your name is on the list as STAYING, but you have a PARTNER with you, then YOU MUST REPLY so I can book a place for TWO.
If your name is on the list as STAYING, but you are NOT having dinner because you're arriving late, the YOU MUST REPLY so I know not to expect you.
If you are JUST COMING FOR SATURDAY, YOU MUST REPLY to tell me if you ARE or ARE NOT staying for dinner, so I can book a place accordingly for YOU (with/without partner)
