Not to add to your paranoia, but...

It's not whether other 328's are at 240 or 210 but rather that YOUR oil temperature went up after an exhaust modification. Your original concern is a valid one.

I would do some research into this, perhaps contact the exhaust manufacturer or speak to others who have used the same. While the engine management should compensate and keep the mixture on spec, other things may be going on with respect to back pressure.

Does this exhaust have the two-stage exhaust like the original one does (where it opens the second pipe under computer control)?

I worry about such things too. Why the change? Why the change?
