According to NCSDummy's translations the allowed data is any duration in the unit of 1/10 second.
In Hexadecimal 0A is the equivalent of the decimal 10. This means putting 0A in for the value you're setting 10/10 or 1 seconds of delay before action.
Windows Calculator in Programmer mode is very useful for converting hex to dec (see attachment).
There are several other fields that accept custom "werts". Some are less dangerous than others to play around with.
