The EXACT situation happened to me during a snow storm two weeks ago. I slid on a plate of ice on the road and smashed into a curb only going about 20 mph. The same alerts appeared immediately after I hit the curb. The damage ended up being front passenger side inner & outer tie rods, front and rear passenger side control arms, and a new wheel (it was scuffed up pretty bad). I am going to assume that your damage would be similar. You would probably get a more definite answer once you can get it to the dealership/mechanic.
