You don't have the golf tee mod or JB4 exhaust flapper open mode? Sometimes I get a noticeable drone with the exhaust flapper open at 65-80 mph. Can't be specific on speed as I drive dependent on traffic.
If your concerned, I'd jack up the car and rotate the tires back and forth. If their failing, there should be some pay in the joint and it would cause a "clunk/click" noise as you switch directions.
