I dropped the vehicle off and did not touch it since. I did not even get the keys from the kid because I spotted the damage as soon as I got there (thank God I was not in a hurry). I've heard about the horror stories of bad tire shops scratching rims. Which is why I searched for the tire shop throughly. The shop's name begins with German, they specifically deal with German cars. And it's also the reason I went out in the rain to check the rims as soon as I got there.
