dvla bad experience
sold my Harley in july. sent the reg document off day after the sale. (you are stupid not to for obvious reasons) 2 months later the person who bought the bike called to say she hadn't received a new reg doc. I assured her id sent it off so she said she would pursue dvla, anyway she calls to say all ok has the reg doc. today I get a letter from dvla weve been told you have sold this vehicle but not informed us, have a fine of £56!! has anyone had a similar experience. I know they did a similar thing to a friend over a sorn on a vehicle, he told them where to stick their sorn and never heard anymore.
