Help diagnose noise from front brakes

Until I can get to the shop on Monday, please, any thoughts?

You know the sound it makes when the front tire is rubbing against something, for example, the wheel liner? A thump, thump, thump, thump that speeds up and slows down as you do? When I step on the brakes though it stops. So I'm thinking something loose on the front brakes, maybe the caliper or something? Upon visual inspection, nothing is loose or rubbing against the tires. The wheel liner is on perfect, the retaining clips for the brakes pads is tight, nothing is loose.

Thoughts? Thanks!
