Date is now non-negotiable for two reasons.
1) it's easier that way.
2) I am trying to arrange a tour of the facilities at Prodrive in Banbury for the Friday evening. Times and arrangements to be confirmed, but please note that you will need to arrive on time for this, and that a deposit for the tour (which costs £22 / £27 depending on time) will be required to secure a place.
So as well as confirming general attendance can you please confirm that you would like to attend the tour as well.
