After your divorce drama you don't need to deal with this. If you are really getting the doctor, the lawyer, the thai girl, and are that good at getting laid... you should focus on enjoying it, you have your own kids, your $4k a month forever (or unless she gets married, keep your fingers crossed).
As far for the dude bashing you for being 42 and sharing your relationship problems, don't mind him/her. Sometimes advice from random strangers can help put things in perspective, just remember that not every anonymous internet forum poster has your best interest at heart.
