I got my CPO '07 335i coupe few weeks ago. Mine is very similar to your configuration - AT, sparkling graphite on black, wood trim, 25k miles, sports package /w paddle shifter, premium package, navigation except no parking sensor. Dealer set price at $32,999. We negotiated down to $30,999.
Same first 2 payments are covered by BMW ($1937.76) plus 0.9% 36 months financing.
But, mine doesn't have oil cooler which I just figured out it is better to have it.
