Don't mean to TJ, but having issues with the PSS10s without B16.

Just wanted to know, for the OP that took pictures of his PSS10 setup, did your front strut look like this? Where it looks like there's 'two' washers stacked on top of each other? The washer on the bottom is the conical washer that came with the PSS10s. It seems redundant because the top washer, which is a part of the top hat, is also conical on the inside......

I just want to verify, since contacting Bilstein U.S. was no help at all.
