Is that a cut-n-paste or did you re-type it? If a cut-n-paste I'd be worried and can guarantee you that although they might have the markings they don't comply.
One requirement is a 24 month weathering test of the enclosure. From the English used, these appear to be Chinese and
no Chinese aftermarket supplier has ever completed that test.
They do look nice though
