The dog in the pic is not mine but I had a female Shepard that looked remarkably similar to it so out of convenience I chose to use the pic, and you're right the animal is beautiful. German Shepard's hold a fond place in my heart plus the name sounds more prestigious than lets say Dachshund when used on an Internet forum.
