I might jump on iPad 2 if I give away my first gen. But I'll most likely wait till iPad 3 for upgrade. We'll see.
I have to add one thing, I wouldn't use the iPad to do actual work. It's more when I get home, sit on the couch and relax. Its so easy to pick the thing up and do casual stuff on it.
