You really need to watch this. I and a lot of others speak from experience. Distilled water and mocool. Mocool with stock coolant doesn't really do anything. Mid 60s ambient also doesn't really matter when you're driving the car hard.
With that said, if you only saw 250 oil temps you might be right. But you should still watch water temps.
vasillalov, placement is the issue. where does this go? I had a thread about an AT cooler. A wide and shallow unit on top of the intercooler is a great option. Any core would suffice. The stock AT cooler is ridiculous. It's tiny and almost inaccessible by cool air.
