I have 2009 328i sedan and was able to connect the bluetooth to my iphone 4 (4.2 version) without any problems. The issue is that i can hear the person on the other line, but they cannot hear me. From reading several posts i don't believe there is a mute button that may need to be unmuted. everything functions except the microphone part.. this is all that i can think it boils down to...i was hoping i can find a quick fix and save myself time from going to the dealer.
