Yes! The Volksfest in Bad Cannstatt(Stuttgart near MB and the Soccer Stadium) is a nice one. I like it because it is a fairly large fest, yet no drunk Japanese or American tourists!
It is really a well kept secret to go to this Fest. And only 200K people daily vs 400K in Munchen! The Fest starts this weekend and ends on October 14th.
