Yeah, go for it. It's a bmw, not a Honda. HPFP is under control, and there are no common expensive repairs that currently affect the n54. Coils and Injectors are relatively cheap, and the waterpump replacements are across the board on the 3 series. Turbos are not known for failing.. it used to be that the early 07s would develop wastegate rattle, but it's not something that should concern your 2010 n54. I'm not saying it's a reliable car, but it's not a money hole either. $500 a year should cover repairs and maintenance easily (assuming you're not doing bs $250 oil changes at the dealer and $400 spark plug replacements)
