The ER CP doesn't come with either. You need both. The o-ring is easy to get your hands on because it has it's own separate part number. If you've lost the c-clip it's a pain in the ass to get your hands on because it's sold as part of OEM chargepipe. Luckily I found mine in the undercarriage tray, but yeah - ER should really provide one with their CP.

oh ok good to know looks like the CP will be put on hold til i can get a new o ring. cant you temporarily bend the clip to make it grab better?
