You can go with Stoptech slotted rotors and a pad that will fit your choice of spirited driving and occasional track days. The rotors will already come with a black hub so there will be no need to go to a paint shop to get it painted.
As for the calipers, you can clean them and then paint them using G2 caliper paint if you are up to the task.
