I already talked to Mike and he suspects a fake BOV or a bad retainer clip. Any other ideas on what it could be? Car is running fine and its holding boost all the way to 15.8psi. Im just not sure if air may be escaping from the BOV. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
BTW...I have a e92 335i. I'm running a Cobb AP Stage 1 Aggressive tune with no other engine mods besides Er chargepipe, HKS BOV, BMS DCI, and performance exhuast.

Like I mentioned a new o-ring will probably fix the issue. I assume you used the old one from the previous setup.
