I tried it today... I heard nothing during the 30 seconds or so... (and the car was not running, only in electronics mode) but I can admit that the car now has a much quicker response to slight gas pedal inputs... strange sensation. Before I would push the pedal some and it would feel like it was fighting to change down and instead just bogg its way up... now, its going down with less pedal input. Which I prefer.
Otherwise when I'm in the mtns, I'm in DS mode - thats killer with down shifts when you let off the pedal... :-)
