My 0.02c - I have both although my P-car is slightly higher end than a Cayman - the 335Pro 6MT imo is the ideal daily compliment to my 997TT. The 997 is a much more complex car to drive around daily - it can become a pain with the hills in downtown Seattle. And, with all that power at the rear, it takes full concentration to harness at full acceleration.
The 335 on the other hand feels much more manageable and tossable to me...
So, I would install the Procede, perhaps a short shifter and enjoy the 335...
