i recently ordered a 328xi -- msrp was 44,145. i paid 3500 up-front (included 8.275% sales tax) and 534 per month for 39 months. this is going to be slightly higehr bc i needed 15k mi per year.
based on what you sent, your deal looks to be about the same.
