I am running 235/40/18 up front... the 35 may be a little short. I guess in OK, your roads are probably much better than in MA.
235/40/18's list an 8" wheel as the minimum recommended width, so a 35 would probably be minimum of 8.5". Tirerack didn't show a 235/35/18 size... maybe no longer made?
It may work, but it is probably not "recommended".
