adjusting height of coilovers always need alignment

how much can you raise car without need for alignment?
adjusting for winter drriving

You have ride height adjusters?

Opinion: I wouldn't adjust at all w/o following alignment. If you do any significant ride height adjust, camber & toe will be off. If going up, you reduce neg camber, a disincentive if uncorrected.

I go up and down 1/2 inch w/o an alignment or any problems... Anymore than that I would suggest getting an alignment
