Changing your license plate? Possible?
Hey,
I had asked my dealer to get me 088 on my plate, and of course, he didnt! LOL Just wondering if it's possible to get a new plate on your car and how complicated it is... What do I need to do? Dont worry, I did try to get an answer on the google |

In Ontario you go to the Ministry of Transportation and just pay $20 for a new plate. They will go through the stack of plates and get you the one with the 088 on it if you request it. As easy as that.

I want 088 because it's my hockey number. Wore it my whole life and still wear it. I'll give the SAAQ a call. Do you know the charges for it? Since i've already paid for the registration, will they charge me again that stupid 260$? Or just charge me the fee for the plate and change the paper work? Thanks |
