I Picked up my car yesterday and BMW owner's circle shows that my car is at preparation center and 1-800 automated response says that " my vehicle is waiting to be shipped

The system really sucks, my car went from being on boat on Monday to being awaiting shipment today... then back to on boat. But still better that what SAAB offered last time.
