Depo is the brand of aftermarket headlights.
Therefore all Depo headlights look the same. Depo is definitely the better of the aftermarket options, however I believe they have since stopped production and are quite rare. I think there is a member on here that might be looking to sell theirs.. |

Thanks for reply guys. It's very rare to find decent projectors for the e90's.
Most of them on eBay look soooooo... Ricey? Haha oh well. Hopefully one will come up one day in the classified section. |

Just stick with your halogens man, i had DEPO's for a while and it gave me so many problems i ended up throwing them away. I know the general consensus is that Depo's are the closest aftermarket headlights you'll get to oem projectors or whatever but the build quality is terrible. Some of the negatives from my experience:
1. ALOT of condensation/fogging on the inside of the headlights on rainy days 2. If you got hard suspension, the light projected will literally bounce while driving over rough roads 3. Unless you fit a HID kit, the light output from the projectors is terrible (very dim and narrow) 4. The inner halos (around the high beams) is larger in circumference than the outer halos (around the low beams) which kinda looks retarded when viewing your car straight on |
